DAA Icon Requirments

The DAA has designed their political icon program for transparency and OBA support.

Here are the specific items required by law to be disclosed on political ads:

  • Party Name
  • Reliable Communication Mechanism (phone number, website, address, etc)
  • Name of executive for the advertiser (C-Level, Board Member, etc)
  • Link to Financial Disclosure information
  • Any information required by State law
  • Any OBA disclosures
